That looks just like the one my sister had in 1970 that was stolen at the Mall .
She had a good bike lock, so they unbolted the bike rack from the concrete sidewalk and took it all.
She'd go 14 miles to the beach and then back on a Saturday without a second thought.
I think of "beach bikes" as having much larger baloon tires than that.

If I have a similar red three speed from the same time period hanging in the garage I should clean it up ?
