Goat is delicious.

I have a friend of Jamaican descent, and his mom used to make curry goat that was SO good!

These turned out like a Russian Blini and usual Amerikan pancake. *(:>*

Rudie's magic pancake mix
2 eggs
3 small bananas
1/3 large mango
cooked in butter

OK...
Other than being burn my tongue hot (temperature wise, that is) because I was impatient, it's great!

Tendered up nicely, no "gamey" flavor like I feared there might be. Very beef like in flavor, with just a hint of lambyness.

Potato bread is a good accompaniment for stews too..

While I'm not sure I'd pay $6.99 a pound TOO often for it (assuming they carry it often enough to even have that choice), I would definitely do it again!
Might even try a curry with it. Might have to try that with some beef or chicken first though, if I'm gonna go "from scratch".

Go find an animal you ain't 'et yet, and eat one...

If I wasn't getting full on this stew, I'd whip up a few sourdough crepes for dessert.

I know what you mean Paul, Racer-X and I had a few beers together a while back.
After the 3rd beer he mentioned some disturbing stories about himself, the
young harbor lads he hung out with and that goat story.
