Anyone have damage from the storms?

In case any of you follow this, the low pressure center is almost right over us. We have a barometric pressure right now of 29.27" or 991 hPa.

On a spinal forum I used to hang out at, IIRC most participants agreed that they get the achiest right at that pressure.

Here we got a three foot long dead branch come down in the middle of the driveway, about two inches wide. Luckily that was it, the lights flickered a couple times but still have power.

Heard sirens at one point we've never heard before, went to the basement for safety and waited for the all clear. I've seen worse storms in my immediate vicinity but have seen the destruction from the twisters elsewhere with chagrin.

Why not in an underpass?

The wind can be accelerated (by funneling it) thru the underpass and a body can get ejected out, especially if the tornado makes a direct hit on said underpass.

Front just bringing a little rain here in eastern Mass. Mild now (60ยบ F), but will turn colder (40s) after the front passes.
