I did not...might do that tomorrow. I finished the job and delivered to the client, so there's not as much urgency now.
I didn't find much/anything about this issue in my searching...would lead me to believe that there's probably something wrong with my printer. If something is systemic across the model lineup, it would usually show up in error reports on forums, etc. But because I didn't have much luck finding anything, I'm led to believe that it might just be an issue isolated to my printer.
