I only rowed once, half hour, 6053 meters. I suck. Consistency seems unobtainable.

We're planning a bike ride around eating there for lunch
And I will gladly get on my bike more often just to eat there...it just wasn't in my stars on Sunday

Last week: 15.9 miles of light (walk/jog) interval training, 34.2 miles on the treadmill. Went to the doc for a cholesterol check which could have been better. But heart rate down to 46 b.p.m. (one try only with doc's BP machine) from 70 a few years ago.
