Trying to be extra vigilant about food intake as I can't yet go back to walking.
The ankle is getting a little better each day, but still not up for anything but walking that is a necessity.
Getting some really nice color on the bruising though. Sad

I seriously hope I can ease back into walking by maybe the end of the week. I am just going to have to take it easy and build back up.

I used my little ab machine last night so maybe that will help a tiny bit, but this sitting and not walking is driving me crazy. Did do a short Target run today for some stuff I needed, and a thinner/taller ankle brace.

Wow, some really impressive stats!

I'm late to the game. 7.5 miles on my treadmill for the entire week. Too busy doing other things (like getting ready to travel to Spain!)

bought that cheap bike off Amazon, added a gel seat cover.

a little scary how easy it is to hit 85% of the max heart rate for my age. Smile
