I just typed in "Berkeley" and got the Berkeley Public Library and UC Berkeley Library, both of which I have cards for, amongst a number of others. Thanks Pinkoos, this will likely be very useful.

New York Public Library has it. Some great films from earlier days! Too many to recommend.

Our library system offers Hoopla https://www.hoopladigital.com/my/hoopla. Sounds like it's pretty much the same thing. I signed up a couple of months ago, but haven't gotten around to trying it out yet. Can't beat the price, though.
