I use Eneloops and the various no-name knockoffs from Amazon, Tenergy, Apple, etc.

Kirkland Signature have a real leakage problem. One of the very few time a KS product is a bad choice.

For AA/AAA:

eneloops for rechargeable applications, Energizer Lithium for all the rest.

no worries about losing your device to a leaking alkaline battery with the above.

ALL alkaline batteries are garbage imo...

Duracell USED to be the good stuff, but they are just relabeling the cheap garbage too these days. It's Li or nothing for me now. Haven't bought Alk batts in at least 15 years and don't miss them.

Plus they are so damned toxic not t good thing to throw away...
