I never realized Jewel was that bad

Years ago I borrowed a friend's car & Jewel's 1st CD was in the player. To me, all of the songs sounded the same & I found something else to play. When she got her car back she asked if I enjoyed listening to Jewel. I believe she was actually shocked when I told her I didn't care for Jewel at all. Apparently, you either like her or you don't. There doesn't seem to be any middle ground.

Kristin Hersh, Fiona Apple, etc. etc. etc. etc.
