An excellent tailor might make those suits look acceptable.
But if you're not a 'suit', get at least two bespoke suits, fitted by a place better than Men's Wearhouse. When one's shoulders are bigger than their waist, a good suit makes one a sharp-dressed man.

You might lose more weight in the meantime and get in the 36-inch waist territory. When you hit "regular" clothing territory, more styles are available, more sales, etc.

The diabetes is strong in my family)… I found myself hating finger sticks and my A1C started spiraling up, peripheral neuropathy started appearing, and my fast healing started to be regular healing. So I talked to my doctor and he got my insurance to pay for a Dexcom G7. And with fast feedback, I started realizing that I was eating out of habit and not need. A1C dropped from 9 to about 6.8. I’m going in to a full endocrinologist work up in a month for the next step. CGM’s need calibration, fail sometimes. My failure rate for the sensors is about 10%. They get replaced for free, so that’s okay. I tried the Libre, but the Dexcom worked better. |
