Gilbert Godfrey's Dirty Jokes is stupid fun that might be a hoot when viewed in a group.
How funny it actually is might depend a lot on the amount of outside stimulants, though. And I'm not sure I would actually purchase it.

another vote for Bill Hicks, a real wit gone LONG before his time. sad.
and another vote for Brian Regan ("oxen. geesen?")) hehe i think one of the all-time funny solo performances is Bill Cosby in "Himself" -- corny and restrained in some cases but really funny.
