I disagree.


Says the phone is brand new and if I don't believe him to call Motorola with the serial #. About the box, he says he did not promise that it comes in factory box.

That response makes me doubt the ethics and veracity of the seller. While I know a few people who've down well buying or selling, I just don't have the time or patience to trust my luck.

And if I need *skill* to shop someplace, I shop someplace else.

My problem with eBay of late is I order exactly what I want - and get something else. Arrrggh.

I needed a driver side seat belt motor. The motor is labeled with right front or left front. They showed a picture of the left front. What do I get - right front. Arrrgghh.

3 of the last 4 transactions have been similar. At least the seller's have been quick to fix the situations.
