If that was Target they'd send you the book and let you keep the DVDs.

I purchased a 6x9 Wacom tablet from an online retailer and received two copies of it from different warehouses. When I contacted them the bottom line that they said was "we don't make mistakes", so I sold the dupe on e-Bay. ( I waited a month and was only billed for one. )

Amazon sent my Mom a beautiful DVD boxed set of "Squidbillies" last Christmas in lieu of the iPod touch I ordered for her.
Fortunately, they rectified the situation once I figured out what the heck happened. But had I not asked her about it, she would assumed that I MEANT to give her the "Squidbillies" DVD, which would have been wrong on so many levels... (BTW, they refunded my money, and let her keep the DVDs. I ordered a new iPod via Apple, with engraving.)
