Our condolences. O.C. was a cool kitty.

We lost a cat to Fel about 8 years ago. His one remaining brother is probably sitting on our front yard flowerbed in the sunshine, yawning and fluffing his long hair.

I am so sorry to hear this. O.C. was a beautiful fellow and I know he will be missed. I teared up just reading about him and thinking about how hard it is to let our furry babies go. Hopefully he and BunBun can become good friends on the other side. Thanks for telling us about him and how much you loved him.

Thank you all for your kind responses. He will be missed. We were lucky that the FeL didn't do him in right away-usually cats only last a few months. We thought that he might be a carrier as he kept going year after year. Six years was a good run... The vet estimated him at 3-5 years old when he came to us.
We also felt he was on his 15th life. With all his hurts and diseases he kept coming through. He had a bad cold a couple of years ago and when the doctor x-rayed him then it showed a BB in his left flank! One more life!
