I thought this was about bras. Very disappointed.

That’s what I had been doing but then got lazy and quit doing even those. I was up to 20 and I’m certain I could have done a few regular push-ups. Fairly certain, anyway. Maybe. I’m absolutely certain I’m no mikebw.

In my 30s I’d do 100 pushups a day and 770 sit-ups/crunches/leg raises plus lots of other stuff. Now that I’m an old codger I can’t do any of that stuff anymore but I do tai chi Sun style for arthritis and a lot of stretching.

.....they make drawers for guys.....that push up.....and focus the.....basket......

I use the bench press instead of push ups. A multi angled bench works different areas of the chest.
