I like fried eggs 10x better than boiled.
Over-medium, slightly runny.

Egg-cooking machine. I payed something like $12 when it was on sale at Kroger. Works great.

Put enough water into pot to cover eggs. Heat to roiling boil. Turn off, wait 10 minutes. Put eggs into cold water right away.
