IOW, from what I've read, it may not be well established that a person born of an American citizen in a foreign country would be considered a "natural born" citizen as required by the constitution to be president.

Fortunately both the candidates were born in the United States.

Wait, what?

If you were advising Obama what would YOU recommend that he produce to put all these web sites and groups out of business?

Me? I'd advise Obama to bring it up during an interview and suggest that the people questioning his citizenship direct questions to the entity that certifies Presidential candidates. From the best I have been able to find out you are apparently supposed to prove citizenship before you are able to run for President. I'm not sure who handles that, but someone must do it, right? If that's the case, it's already been done, he's already been approved, and they should have the info on file.
The information is on file, and the information is considered perfectly acceptable for all of us other folk. The certificate of birth that was provided is identical to what any other person requesting a copy of the their birth record would get. What the people who are challenging his place of birth are alleging is the equivalent of a huge "conspiracy" of some sort that has been in effect throughout, essentially, Obama's entire life. He has, through the years, been able to provide documentation of his birth that was perfectly acceptable for the purposes of getting other documents, like a Social Security card and a passport, but now it is being alleged that the proof is "forged."

[quote=karsen]The point is moot though, Hawaii claims Obama as their own. Case closed.

Only because you're a liberal lefty.
First mikey, now you. Look, I don't mind being called an asshole, but you crossed the line with that slur.

Has anyone provided even the tiniest shred of evidence that these individuals have conspired to lie?

That's whats so frigging awesome about conspiracy theories. You don't need no goddam evidence!

It's a conspiracy, man! They're ALL in on it!

It IS a conspiracy. And you're obviously in on it too. It's all linked to the collapse of WTC 7 and the grassy knoll shooters. Admit it!!

Um, you are aware the Panama Canal Zone was an administered US Territory until 1999, right? You can be President if you're born in an Administered US Territory. John McCain was born in 1936, so he was squeaked in just before they became Independent. Or are you insinuating that John McCain is less than 10 years old? I know he acts like it sometimes, but come on.

I'd like to create a domain obamasindianpassport.com and redirect it to this thread.
