Knowing someone who works at one... they're horrible. Work 12hr days, no days off. Occasionally you're told at the end of one day you get the next day off, but not very often.

Every employee that had an iPhone was told when they came back to work to have another phone or don't come back.

Umm... The first one just opened today.

How many days off do you get on the first day of business?
Do you really think no employees work before the first day of business?
Okay. How many days off would you expect to get in the week or so that anyone other than contractors and the manager might have been expected to work at the store before it opened?

In the 5 days of training before that?

...

Tell me how hard it is to work there after the store has been open a month.
IIRC, he worked 18 days (12hrs+ per day) with only one day off in the middle. He's been working at least a month. I would expect to at least get one day off per week.

If they are hourly, must be rich by now. If they are salaried, well, sucks to be them.

Hourly. No time to spend any money though... except at the store I guess.

In addition to weekends? What field do you work in?

No, not in addition to weekends. I said I would expect to get at least one day off per week. I mean exactly that. Getting weekends off would be two days off per week.

I'm not sure why you're trying to so hard to tell me their work schedule hasn't been very difficult.

I never said that MS Store employees' schedules weren't difficult.

But as for the rest... perhaps you're thinking of a different store.

Euw! I feel like I just walk into a CrappleBees/BenaGains "insert name here" for over-hype. The only thing missing are the badges of "cheer". Cargo ships full of insincerity.

Is it just the video that I watched, or is the entire place decorated in Blue Screen of Death?

For the rest? For the rest of what? All I've seen in your replies are that comments disputing what I've said.
