Yoga twice last week Smile

My iHealth step and sleep monitor arrived and is set up.

Skipped biking 40 miles Sunday to nest, bake cookies and brood upon my work situation.

This is another week...rock and roll

Still not getting on the scale

Checked out a new BBQ place that is most righteous...Bobby Q's
Awesome smoked meat gumbo and smoked prime rib (how often do you see this?????)

Drool...

I only rowed once, half hour, 6053 meters. I suck. Consistency seems unobtainable.

Smoked meat Gumbo :eek2: I'd ride an extra hour to try that out.

May was a good month for me. No injuries, illness or travel to screw up my schedule.

According to Runkeeper:

45 Activities
131.3 km
12,000 calories burned
2,884 meters climbed
20 hours 27 minutes elapsed

This will be hard to beat in June.

We're planning a bike ride around eating there for lunch Smile
And I will gladly get on my bike more often just to eat there...it just wasn't in my stars on Sunday

Last week: 15.9 miles of light (walk/jog) interval training, 34.2 miles on the treadmill. Went to the doc for a cholesterol check which could have been better. But heart rate down to 46 b.p.m. (one try only with doc's BP machine) from 70 a few years ago.
