Just remember that a full frame lens such as the 50mm 1.8 STM shows the field of view equivalent of about 85mm on an aps-c sensor, it has no multiplier on a full frame camera.
not to be rude but to followup your point, most of the cameras discussed are "cropped" sensor, they are less in size than "full frame". google the terms for a more full explanation.
canon's crop factor is 1.6. nikon and sony's are 1.5. no real difference. one is not better than the other.
using the example of a 50mm lens on a crop sensor canon body will result in a field of view that will look like 80mm lens (50 x 1.6).
on a sony or nikon body that same 50mm will offer a field of view that looks like a 75mm.
on a full frame camera which has no crop factor, the 50mm lens will represent a 50mm field of view.
this is all information. one is not better than the other. sometimes having the longer tele fov (field of view) is what you want. sometimes a wider fov (50mm) is what you want.
i hope the above offers some info that is helpful.
thumbs up.
