Final decision: Went with Rev C 2.2 for a little more than $100 extra. I thought I'd done my homework, but you folks showed me I missed a few tricks. Next time I'll ask before I pull the pin.

Since I already had an order placed with MacConnection, I just changed my order. They offered Fusion free after Rebate, which I didn't realize on the first order, so I added that as well.
8 GB of RAM already orderd from our sponsor - 4 for me and the other 4 is a Christmas gift for my nephew's MacBook Rev B (so it will recognize only 3.3 GB as I understand), currently limping with 1 GB, I believe. |
