I ordered a monitor yesterday, apparently a bit too quickly after reading a couple pro reviews. Last night I read some user reviews and discovered the monitor I bought (2008WFP) has a glossy screen. Yuck. There is nothing on the product page that says it's a glossy screen. Unfortunately, it's already in transit.
I called up Dell this AM and asked them if I should just refuse (requires signature) or if I needed an RMA. They told me to call back when I got the monitor and couldn't help me further (not sure why since it's out of there warehouse now).
Anyway, I'm thinking since it requires sig the easiest thing would be to just refuse shipment. That would save me the hassle of having to call Dell back and then ship it. Anyone done that before? I really don't want to pay to have it shipped back since Dell didn't make it clear it was a glossy screen.
