Ebay seller not responding ...
#1
I bought something on September 30 with free shipping and his buy it now price. Paid with Paypal.

I have yet to receive it.

Seller has not responded to 2 emails asking if and when shipped. His auction says will ship within 3 days of being paid for. I asked my regular Post Man if he has tried to deliver any packages, he says no.

I really want the item, and the guy is still selling multiples of this.

I cannot understand the lack of one piece of communication since I purchased this item from a seller with good feedback and a "store".

I do not want to give him negative feedback, but .....

FIle a claim on Paypal and state the facts. The $ from the sale will be frozen until the seller does his/her part.

Many sellers do not reply EVER - it's the way some do business. Remember, many people do not speak english or they figure that you'll get it in a day or two - no need to reply. A LOT of seller do that.

WHen you are concerned, the first step you've already done - emailing twice.

If that doesn't get a response, request user info from ebay (this will give the seller your info too) http://shop.ebay.com/ebayadvsearch/__W0Q...pZ1?_rdc=1. If there is a phone number call it and get answers. If you don't get any within 24hrs, call again saying that you're just too nervous to sit idly by - PLEASE respond before I have to have paypal get involved.

IF there is no contact info that is legit, you'll get you money back TODAY if you call ebay customer service.

I just found the sellers phone number by checking "details" of my paypal payment transaction on the dispute I filed.

Number is legit, but no answer, as it is a business. There website link shows they are going out of business and links back to the ebay store.....

But not necessarily this one. Why be a jerk off the bat when less hostile measures might produce the desired result?
