Rudie, at least it's not snowing! It's been perfect here for a week-sunny and low 70's-but we may be looking at some cool nights this weekend. Maybe close to freezing Saturday and Sunday nights...

You'll be sending it here soon enough I suppose. Right now things are almost perfect, warm days and cool nights.

If you had posted that in February, I'd have said quityerbitchin.
I don't usually mind 95 degrees but I imagine the humidity is just a leetle bit worse in the Philippines.

After Sandy I spent 10 days with no power and no heat...and it snowed outside.
I had a blanked made of warm kittehs to get me through those nights.

I feel your pain. The AC in my house broke sometime over the winter. It is about 90-95 here today. At 20:30 it was probably 90 inside my house. Fans weren't making a dent in the temp either. We finally broke down and turned the AC on...but it didn't work. It was a miserable, hot night at my home. My 3 year old son wouldn't sleep and my wife is one of those people who sweats like crazy at night. She ended up going into the basement and sleeping on the futon in my office. As a result, I had about 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
