He always has been a flexible dude... Nice to see at 53, he's still in better shape that most 20-somethings.

Makes ME hurt just watching it, though.

And it looks like those are the standard side mirrors...and he does it with his arms folded the whole time, so no chance to use them for balance. Very cool!

Space,

To say he's got balls of steel is an understatement! I saw a news broadcast about the video. 100% real in every sense of the word. Extraordinary on a _slew_ of levels!

He placed a LOT of trust in those drivers.

N-OS,

Read the accompanying story and a story in another link. He had platforms for his feet and safety lines. However, I don't care. Even if somewhat safe, it _still_ must have taken incredible trust and balls of steel!

Are the truck backing up?

It could be just showing in reverse. Still, they clang!

But if that just doesn't seen possible!

Pretty amazing how he can do that. The pavement must have been very smooth to minimize any bouncing.

The trucks are going in reverse because it is far easier to stay a straight course using the truck's mirrors. The drivers use the line of sight along the lengths of the straight sides of the trucks to maintain a fixed distance and there is a pylon or something they are using to hone in on. They could not do the same going forward.
