That describes the third category in Hersey and Blanchard's "Situational Leadership" theory, and the person most likely to be motivated by working closely with a group of others, in which the leader of the group takes a facilitative role, rather than a directive role.
Which imples that you might look into doing some things with groups of people you like, working together toward a cause you care about.
