....greek yogurt with added spices.....etc....

...if you don't have that take regular non-fat yogurt and use a coffee filter or cheese cloth to strain out excess whey (leave in until whey drips away)........add whatever you want to heighten up the taste...some dijon mustard perhaps...?

BTW, I find both Kraft and Hellman's Light to be quite palatable. Now don't ever buy the Fat Free stuff, as that is slimy and nasty, yuck.

Some light mayos are better than others. I used to buy Nalley's when I was in Washington State, but haven't found it here. I've also used ranch salad dressing in a pinch.

Ditto on fat-free greek yogurt. I've used it for my tuna and potato salads for years and no one has noticed.

There are healthier blends. I would say to use an olive oil blend, and use less. I guess it depends on what you are using it for: sandwich, salad dressing, mayo cake...
