Good morning,
It seems that we have a smoothie-related thread every now and then, so I thought now is as good a time as ever for another one.
Anyway, I'm looking for recipes for high protein, generally non-fruity smoothies that one can easily and quickly make at home.
I'm a particular fan of Smoothie King's high protein almond mocha to give you a general idea of what flavors are desirable. Other flavors include coffee, chocolate, vanilla, etc. Although I'm not averse to high protein fruity smoothies, I'd prefer recipes that incorporate the above. If you have a good banana-type smoothie recipe, that is okay.
Anyway, if you can be as detailed as possible in terms of ingredients, brands, amounts, etc., that would be great.
