I'd love to do a gourmet ice cream truck, but they (food trucks) are not very popular here in PA. Maybe if I was NYC, Seattle, Portland, Austin, DC.

(Maybe I'll get an old Coupe DeVille and convert the trunk to a freezer and dip out my wares from there!!!)

You need to take a MRF Tasting Road Trip, so we can give you consumer feedback. I am sure we could make you route of where to go.

Are you gaining weight from all this or are you not eating it?

I eat some of it. The rest is going to family events, and from there I send the leftovers home with others.

BTW - Nutella L'Orange is in the freezer now, I made some marshmallow sauce, and made up the base for another batch of "Hot" Chocolate.
